BEYOND THEORY — OCT STREET SMART TOUR #4

Join us for our 4th Annual (& Legendary) Street Smart Tour!! It will be an interactive and informative tour of pre-screened investment properties in the Annex area of Toronto. You’ll learn first-hand what we look for when analyzing and evaluating a potential investment property so that nothing goes overlooked and you have that extra advantage as you make your future strategic investments!

General Plan:

• We will meet at Loblaw’s at Lavazza Coffee (650 Dupont Ave, Toronto, ON), at 9:30a.m. We leave at 10am SHARP for the first property.

• We will view 3 properties. The itinerary of times, locations and addresses will be announced (see below)

• Please bring a pen and clipboard in order to take notes and run financials on the fly.

• Please bring your own car, and if not, you may want to arrange a ride with someone from this group if you need a ride from property to property. When we meet at Loblaw’s, we will arrange carpooling to minimize the number of cars so that we can all find parking around the homes more easily. If you have extra space in your car, it’d be great if you could consider offering to drive a few other group members.

• In case you cannot meet at Loblaw’s, you can still meet us en route.

Cost: This event is FREE (since no venue rental!)
