Our Street Smart Tours in the past have had a fantastic reception. You’ll learn first-hand what we look for when analyzing and evaluating a potential investment property so you’ll have that extra advantage as you make your future strategic investments! You’ll also learn about the high-level construction process and how we turn an average home into an investment goldmine.

For those who participated in our VIRTUAL street smart tour last year (March 2022) and saw the duplex conversion on the Danforth, you may recall the Laneway Suite build was just beginning! Well, we are back IN PERSON now for our Meetups, and so that means we can go and see it IN PERSON now! Take advantage of this RARE opportunity to tour both the duplex and laneway suite as we put the finishing touches on the property!

We’ll be walking through the one unit in the Main House, as well as the Laneway Suite, and reviewing high-level financials and opening the floor to your questions.

Then we’ll reconvene as a group a local establishment nearby for food and drinks and networking opportunities!
